有机磷农药对坛紫菜过氧化物酶(POD)活性影响的研究

【摘要】 用有机磷农药(甲胺磷、辛硫磷)分别在0.1,0.5,1,10,20mg/L浓度下对坛紫菜(Porphyrahaitanensis)暴污,不同时间(12h,24h,48h,72h)取样.测定甲胺磷、辛硫磷对坛紫菜叶状体过氧化物酶活性的影响.结果表明:随污染时间的延长,甲胺磷低浓度诱导POD活性,高浓度先诱导后抑制,并且浓度越大越早出现抑制;辛硫磷所有浓度均表现为先诱导后抑制的趋势.24h、48h、72h均出现比较良好的剂量 效应关系.污染暴露48h,相同条件下对POD活性的毒性大小为:辛硫磷>甲胺磷.

【Abstract】 The effects of methmidophos and phoxim on peroxidase (POD) activity in Porphyra haintanensis were studied under the experimental ecological conditions. Samples were taken after exposure for 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h respectively. Timeeffect and doseeffect relationships of POD activity were investigated. The results showed that when exposed to methmidophos, the POD activity was induced at low concentration, and first induced and then inhibited at high concentration,and that when exposed to phoxim, the POD activity was first induced and then inhibited during the prolonging of the exposure time.In the same conditions, the sequence of toxicity of pollutants for POD activity was: phoxim>methmidophos.
