【摘要】 近年胰腺影像学诊断技术有很大的进展。新兴的技术有:螺旋CT双期扫描、螺旋CT血管造影、螺旋CT三维重建、多层螺旋CT、MR快速动态扫描、脂肪抑制技术、三维动态增强MR血管成像、MR胰胆管造影。各种新技术在胰腺肿瘤诊断领域发挥了作用,有助于胰腺肿瘤的诊断和可切除性的判断。现概述胰腺各种影像学检查的应用价值,并予以评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Great advances have been achieved in pancreatic imaging techniques recently. The rapid development of techniques includes dual-phase spiral CT(SCT), SCT angiography, SCT-3D reformation, multislices SCT, magnetic resonnance(MR) fast dynamic scan, MR fat suppressed, 3D dynamic contrast enhanced MR angiography and MR cholangio-pancreatography. Various new techniques play roles in the field of diagnosis of pancreatic tumor and may be helpful for its diagnosis and the judgment of its resectability. The article introduces and evaluates the clinical application values of various pancreatic imaging examinations.更多还原
