【摘要】 目的　探讨卡马西平 (CBZ)对脑电图背景频率的影响。方法　对 40例单一服用CBZ临床发作已被控制的癫痫患者治疗前后进行脑电图描记和分析 ,与此同时测定CBZ的血药浓度。结果　随着CBZ血药浓度的升高 ,θ、δ波活动增多 ,α波频率减慢。结论　CBZ作为一种抗癫痫药物可控制临床发作 ,但对脑电图背景活动有影响 ,可引起α波频率减慢、慢波活动增加更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of carbamazepine(CBZ) on background frequency of eletroencephalogram(EEG).Method 40 patients with epilepsy were treated with CBZ only and their seizures were controlled clinically.The EEG samples were obtained and analysed before and after the treatment.The serum concentration of CBZ was determined concomitantly.Results With the increase of CBZ serum concentration,the activities of θ and δ wave increased and the frequency of α wave decreased.Conclusions As a kind of antiepileptic,CBZ could control the clinical seizures,but it may influence the background frequency of EEG,causing the decrease of α waves frequency and the increase of θ and δ wave activities.更多还原
