多层螺旋CT腹腔动脉血管成像初探
Preliminary Exploration on Multi-Slice Spiral CT Angiography of Celiac Artery
【摘要】 目的 探讨用多层螺旋CT血管造影显示腹腔动脉的能力。方法 37例病人行腹腔动脉多层面螺旋CT血管造影。平扫后行动脉期和门脉期扫描 ,动脉期参数为层厚 3.2mm ,重建间隔 1.6mm ,螺距 1.2 5 ,延迟时间 2 5s ,对比剂量 70~ 90ml,动脉期数据传入工作站行最大密度投影法和容积显示法重建。结果 34例常见型腹腔动脉 ;1例肝固有动脉缺如 ,2例富血供肝细胞癌 ,其中 1例肝左叶癌见肝左动脉供血 ,1例肝右叶癌见肝右动脉供血 ,供血动脉增粗毛糙。所有腹腔动脉的CT血管造影显示情况为脾动脉 10 0 % ( 37/37) ,肝总动脉 10 0 % ( 37/37) ,肝固有动脉 10 0 % ( 36/36) ,肝右动脉 90 % ( 31/37) ,肝左动脉 89% ( 30 /37) ,胃左动脉 60 % ( 2 0 /37) ,胃十二指肠动脉 90 % ( 31/37)。最大密度投影法和容积显示法的显示能力相当 ,t=1.441,P =0 .2 0 0 (配对t检验 )。结论 腹腔动脉的CT血管造影是可行的 ,最大密度投影法和容积显示法的显示能力相当
【Abstract】 Objective To probe the ability of multi-slice computed tomography angiography(MSCTA) to show celiac artery.Method MSCT angiography of celiac artery in 37 patients was investigated.After plain scanning,the arterial phase and portal vein phase of liver were obtained.The parameters of arterial phase were slice thickness 3.2mm,slice increment 1.6 mm,pitch 1.25,delayed time 25s,contrast media volume 70~90ml.All data of the arterial phase were reconstructed in the mode of maxium intensity projection(MIP) and volume rendering(VR).Results 34 cases were common celiac artery angiography.1 case was haptic artery variant without inherent hepatic artery.2 cases were hypervascular hepatocellular carcinomas,in which 1 case in left lobe was supplied blood by left hepatic artery,another in right lobe was supplied blood by right hepatic artery.The supplying arteries widened and their outlines were unclear.In 37 cases,CTA showed 100%(37/37) splenic arteries,100%(37/37) common hepatic arteries,100%(36/36) inherent hepatic arteries,90%(31/37) right hepatic arteries,89%(30/37) left hepatic arteries,60%(20/37) left gastric arteries,and 90%(31/37) gastroduodenal arteries.MIP and VR had similar abilities to demonstrate the anatomy and ailment of liver,t=1.441,P=0.200(paired student t test).Conclusions MSCT angiography of celiac artery is feasible.The abilities of MIP and VR to show celiac artery and its branches are equivalent.
