【Abstract】 In this paper, we show the analyzed results of the threshold voltage wi th pretilt angle under strong and weak surface anchoring conditions from the continuum theory. Th e threshold voltage decreases as the anchoring strength decreases, and increases as the pret ilt angle increases.更多还原
