石墨炉原子吸收法快速测定水中铝
A Rapid Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometric Method for the Determination of Aluminum in Water
【摘要】 选择抗坏血酸为基体改进剂 ,以石墨炉原子吸收法测定水中铝。方法快速、简便 ,灵敏度可达 2 3pg/ 0 .0 4 4A ,检出限为 0 .0 0 4mg/L ,加标回收率为 96 %~ 110 %。
【Abstract】 In this paper, ascorbic acid was chosen as a modifier. The aluminum sample in water was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). The method’s sensitivity was 23pg/0.044A; detection limit was 0.004mg/L. Recovery was from 96% to 110%. The proposed method was proved to be rapid, convenient.
