利用HPLC测定蜂胶中阿魏酸含量

【摘要】 对三种不同的蜂胶制品用反相高效液相色谱法测定了其中阿魏酸的含量 ,色谱柱为Nova -PakC18柱 ,3.9×15 0mm ;流速为 0 .8mL/min ;检测器为UV340nm× 0 .0 1AUFS。该实验希望对蜂胶制品的质量标准的制定有所帮助

【Abstract】 The content of ferulic acid in three propolis preparations was determined in this test by HPLC.The chromatographic column:Nova-Pak C 18 ,3.9×150mm i.d;the velocity;0.8ml/min;the detector;UV340nm×0.01AUFS.
