【摘要】 目的 :对社区高血压病实施综合干预措施进行评估。方法 :2 0 0 0年至 2 0 0 2年对社区高血压患者实行建档追访、健康教育、饮食、运动及行为干预、心理疏导、合理用药等综合措施。结果 :高血压病人的管理率、随访率、控制率逐年增加 ,患者病情的发展与依从性、坚持随访与否明显有关。结论 :综合干预措施是提高高血压病人群防治效果的有效途径更多还原
