【摘要】 目的 :了解昆山市慢性病的流行现状与疾病负担 ,探讨其防治对策。方法 :对昆山市 1999年慢性病基线调查资料与生命统计资料进行常规统计分析 ,对慢性病死亡情况进行 PYL L及 DAL Y分析。结果 :该市城乡高血压患病分别高达 2 8.93 %和 2 2 .40 % ,是首要的公共卫生问题 ;慢性病死亡构成占全死因的 71.79% ;1～ 70岁人群慢性病死亡造成 193 2 9个 PYL L损失 ,占全死因 PYL L的 79.0 9% ;推测慢性病死亡和伤残造成的 DAL Y损失为 6.6万个健康生命年。结论 :慢性病造成了较为沉重的疾病负担 ,积极开展社区综合防治是有效途径更多还原
