【摘要】 目的 :探讨脂肪肝与肝脏功能异常的关系。方法 :山东省肿瘤医院于 2 0 0 1年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月对山东省部分企事业、工矿、学校、农村等地志愿者进行了健康查体及肝功检查。结果 :共检测 112 65例人员发现脂肪肝 4618例 (4 0 % ) ,脂肪肝的发病与性别、年龄及甘油三酯增高、饮食、肥胖、酗酒有关。结论 :脂肪肝与体内脂肪代谢紊乱有密切的关系 ,部分患者可以出现肝功能异常和相应的临床表现更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationships betw ee n the fatty liver and liver abnormal function.Methods:Body health an d liver function blood examination in the volunteers who were from some institut ions,factories,mines,other enterprises,schools and villages,were measured by Tum or Hospital of Shandong in 2001/03～2002/06.Results:4618 persons(40% ) out of 11625 persons,were diagnosed fatty liver.The occurrence of fatty liver was associated with sex,age,increased TG,diet,obesity and excessive drinking.Conclusion:Fatty liver and fat metabolism disorder have close relations hip in body,and some patients could have abnormal hepatic function and correspon ding clinical symptoms.更多还原
