【摘要】 目的 :掌握我省承担鼠疫防治与监测任务的 2州 8县防疫站的鼠疫防治装备情况及鼠疫防治专业人员的应急能力。方法 :根据其填报的登记表逐项检查核实鼠疫防治装备 ,随机抽取部分鼠疫应急队成员进行鼠疫基础知识测试 ,采用模拟疫情现场处理来测试各鼠疫应急队的应急能力。结果 :110个防疫站中能够继续承担鼠疫防治与监测任务的车辆仅 4台 ;2疫情处理设备相差悬殊 ,有 6个县的个人防护设备严重缺乏 ;3 10个应急队共有成员 12 0名 ,平均受培训次数达 2 .5次 /人 ,鼠疫基础知识测试平均得分 73分 ,及格人数占 76.19% (16/2 1) ;4应急能力得分平均达 77.2 5分 (72～ 82 )。结论 :现有的人力、物业储备难于担负控制处理我省紧急鼠疫疫情的重任更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the equipment for plague prevention in epidemic prevention stations(EPSs) of 2 districts and 8 counties that are conducting prevention and surveillance of plague in Sichuan province,as well as the emergency ability of the professional staffs in these EPSs.Methods:According to their registration forms,items of equipment for plague prevention were checked up and confirmed one by one;some members in the plague emergency teams were randomly selected and their fundamental knowledge on plague was tested;a model plague scene was used and the emergency ability of each team was evaluated.Results:1)Only 4 vehicles were available among the 10 EPSs of continuing conducting plague prevention and surveillance;2)Great difference existed in the equipment for coping with epidemic outbreak,especially in 6 EPSs where personnal protection equipment was severely deficient;3)Among the 120 members in the 10 emergency teams,average training was 2 5 times per person,with an average score of 73 in the fundamental knowledge tests on plague,76 19%(16/21) passed;4)The average score of their emergency ability was 77 25%(72/82).Conclusions:Current reserved manpower and material are not enough to conduct the mission of controlment and deal with emergent outbreak of plague in Sichuan province.更多还原
