电荷转移络合分光光度法测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液含量
Quantitative determination of atropine sulfate eyedrops by charge transfer complex spectrophotometry
【摘要】 目的 建立用电荷转移络合分光光度法测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液含量的方法。方法 利用碘与硫酸阿托品在二氯乙烷中形成电荷转移络合物的原理 ,在 2 37nm波长处测定硫酸阿托品。结果 平均回收率为 99.72 % ,RSD为 0 .6 1% ,在 4 .0~2 0 .0 μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好 ,r =0 .9997。 结论 本法简便、准确 ,可用于测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液的含量
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an accurate method to determine atropine sulfate in eyedrops by charge transfer complex spectrophotometry. METHOD Atropine sulfate reacted with iodine in dichloroethane forming a charge transfer complex,it can be quantitatively determined by spectrophotometric method at 237nm.RESULTS The average recovery was 99.72% with the RSD =0.61%.The linear range was 4.0~20.0μg/mL, r =0.9997.CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of atropine sulfate in eyedrops.
