【摘要】 目的　测定抗菌 2号注射液中咖啡酸的含量。方法　采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱 :ZORBAXSB C18柱 ( 4 .6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm)。流动相 :甲醇 - 0 .0 1mol/L磷酸二氢钠 三乙胺 ( 114∶385∶1)用磷酸调pH值至 3.5 ,检测波长 32 3nm ,柱温 4 0℃。 结果　咖啡酸在 6～ 5 4 μg之间呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 10 1.5 2 % ,RSD为 1.1% (n =6 )。 结论　本方法简便、准确、专属性强 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of caffeic acid in anti bacteria Ⅱ injection by RP HPLC. METHOD A ZORBAX SB C 18 colum was used.The mobile phase was methanol 0.01mol/L natrium dihydroger phosphate triethylaminum(114∶385∶1),adjusted the solution with phosphoricacid pH to 3.5, Detection wavelength was at 323nm,colun temperature was at 40℃.RESULTS The linerarity was good within the rang of 60～540μg, r =0.9998.The average recovery and RSD were 101.52% and 1.1%( n =6),respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and specific.It can be used for the quality control of anti bacteria Ⅱ injection.更多还原
