【摘要】 目的　对比研究水和盐酸 甲醇两种溶媒对黄连 吴茱萸药对中小檗碱型生物碱溶出率的影响。方法　分别用水和盐酸 甲醇提取不同配伍比例的黄连 吴茱萸药对样品 ,用反相高效液相色谱法定量测定药根碱、巴马汀以及小檗碱的含量 ,然后比较它们的溶出率。结果　与水提法不同 ,用盐酸 甲醇提取黄连 吴茱萸药对时 ,三种生物碱的溶出率随黄连 吴茱萸配伍比例减小而降低的幅度较小。结论　提取方法对黄连 吴茱萸药对中化学组分的溶出率有较大影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of menstruum on solubility of protoberberinium alkaloids in the couple of Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae. METHOD The samples were extracted by water and hydrochloric acid methanol, respectively. Then the contents of jatrorrhizine, palmatine, berberine were determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography, and the solubility was worked out. RESULTS Obvious difference was observed. Solubility of protoberberinium alkaloids in the water decreased quickly as the ratio of Rhizoma Coptidis to Fructus Evodiae reduced, while the solubility in the hydrochloric acid methanol lessened little.CONCLUSION The solubility of protoberberinium alkaloids in the couple of Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae was remarkably influenced by menstruum.更多还原
