辛伐他汀对高脂血症患者骨形成生化标志物影响的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症对骨形成生化标志物的影响。方法  73例患者随机分为两组 (分别为 37例、36例 ) ,分别服用辛伐他汀 (10mg/次 ,qd)和非诺贝特 (10 0mg/次 ,bid) ,疗程 2 4周 ;分别于治疗前、治疗 12周后、治疗 2 4周后测定患者的血脂、血清骨特异性磷酸酶 (ALP)、血清骨钙素 (BGP)、I型前胶原末端肽 (PICP)等指标。结果 两组患者均有良好的降脂效果 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;与治疗前相比 ,治疗组患者的ALP、BGP和PICP值在治疗 2 4周后显著上升 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组的相应指标则无变化。结论 辛伐他汀在降低高脂血症患者血脂的同时可明显促进骨形成

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of simvastatin on biochemical markers of bone formation in treating the patients with hyperlipidemia. METHOD 73 patients were selected and randomly classified as two groups, trial group containing 37 patients which took the simvastain for 24 weeks (10mg gd) and control group consisting of 36 patients which took fenofibrate for same time (100mg bid). The level of serum of blood lipidemia、bone specific alkaline phosphate(ALP)、bone gla protein(BGP)、carbox gterminal Propeptide of type I procollagen(PICP)were monitored before treatment and 12 weeks、24 weeks after treatment respectively.RESULTS The effect of reducing Lipiemia in two groups makes no difference( P >0.05)。The amount of ALP、BGP、PICP are significantly higher at the 24 weeks after treatment than that before treatment( P <0.01),but all the markers except blood lipidemia are no difference in control group between the end of treatment and before that.CONCLUSION The results show that simvastatin can not only regulate the blood lipidemia of patients with hyperlipidemia but also promote the formation of bone.
