【摘要】 目的评价超声图像作为高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗肿瘤时的作用及地位。方法利用HIFU治疗肝癌患者76例,观察肝癌组织术中及术后超声图像的变化,同时对照手术前后腹部磁共振(MRI)的动态变化。结果 HIFU治疗时,可见超声灰阶增强,术后随访癌灶血流减少或消失,术后MRI显示治疗靶区坏死明显,坏死区与超声定位治疗靶区相一致,提示超声定位及监控准确,周围邻近脏器未见损伤。结论超声定位是目前HIFU治疗肝癌较好的定位及治疗监控手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the ultrasonic imaging of the liver cancer lesion treated by high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy. Methods Seventy-six cases presenting with liver carcinoma and metastasis were treated with HIFU, 29 cases had their tumor tissue completely destroyed, 47 cases had their tumor tissue partly sonicated. The evaluation was made on the basis of the ultrasonic imaging and MRI of the liver cancer lesion treated by HIFU. Results Tumor shrinkage, and reduction of boold supply for tumor were observed by MRI and the ultrasonic imaging after HIFU sonication. No local complication was seen. The ultrasonic imaging was correspondent with the MR imaging characteristics of the changes of the damaged tissue. Conclusion The use of ultrasonic imaging on HIFU in the treatment of liver cancer is effective and feasible. This new technique will offer an considerable noninvasive therapeutic tool for localization and treatment of liver cancer.更多还原
