无铅压电陶瓷的研究进展

【摘要】 在压电陶瓷领域 ,无铅压电陶瓷从环保的角度考虑越来越引起人们的注意。本文主要综述了以BNT为基的 3类无铅压电陶瓷体系。它们都是很好的无铅压电陶瓷的候选材料 ,其中BNBT -6,BNTN - 3和BNST - 2的机电耦合常数K33分别为 0 .5 5 ,0 .43和 0 .40 ,而且具有较高的频率常数和较小的介电系数 ,适用于众多高频超声换能检测领域以及压电致动装置等方面 ,所以作为无铅压电陶瓷它们是很有潜力的

【Abstract】 In the field of piezoelectric ceramics,the use of lead-free materials in piezoelectric ceramics has more attention on environmental protection of the earth.In this paper,(Bi 1/2 Na 1/2 )TiO 3(BNT)-based solid solution ceramics were studied,such as (1- x )BNT+ x BaTiO 3,(1- x )BNT+ x NaNbO 3and(1- x )BNT+(1/2) x (Bi 2O 3·Sc 2O 3)systems,they were studied for their dielectric,ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties as candidates for a new family of lead free piezoelectric ceramics.The electromechanical coupling factor K 33 was found to be 0.55,0.43 and 0.40 respectively.These ceramics,with relatively low permittivity(ε 33 T/ε 0)and high electromechanical coupling factor(K 33 ),along with mechanical strength,appear effective for high-frequency ultrasonic uses or piezoelectric actuator applications.Consequently these ceramics are potential candidates as lead-free piezoelectric cera mics.
