【摘要】 目的　探讨无萎缩性肾切开取石术治疗单功能肾鹿角状结石的方法及疗效。　方法　回顾性分析 18例无萎缩性肾切开取石术治疗单功能肾鹿角状结石病例资料。　结果　肾血流阻断时间平均为 78min ,平均手术时间 14 8min ,术中出血量平均为 160ml。术后 7d经造瘘管肾盂造影 ,14例结石取净 ,4例残余小结石 ,术后 2月行ESWL治疗 ,2周后结石排净。术后患者的肾功能均有不同程度的改善。　结论　该术式暴露清晰 ,取石彻底 ,并能改善肾功能 ,是单功能肾鹿角状结石首选的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the surgical technique and effects of the treatment for single functional kidney with huge staghorn calculi. Methods 18 cases of consecutive single functional kidney with huge staghorn calculi treated by anatrophic nephrolithotomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Average kidney blood block time was 78 minutes. Average operation time was 148 minutes. Average bleeding volume during operation was 160 ml. Four cases with little residual calculi were cured with ESWL after 2 months. Renal function was improved in all cases. Conclusions Anatrophic nephrolithotomy is effective and should be the first therapeutic choice for single functional kidney with huge staghorn calculi.更多还原
