动态DSC法研究UP树脂/CaCO3体系的固化工艺
STUDY ON CURING PROCESS OF UP/CaCO3 SYSTEM BY DYNAMIC DSC
【摘要】 采用差示扫描量热 (DSC)仪对UP树脂 (不饱和聚酯 ) /CaCO3 复合体系的固化过程进行动态研究 ,得出了体系在不同升温速率下固化过程中的DSC曲线 ,根据动态DSC曲线探讨了UP树脂 /CaCO3 复合体系分阶段变温固化新工艺。
【Abstract】 The curing reactions of unsaturated polyester filled with CaCO 3 were studied by dynamic DSC. From the DSC testing results, a new process of curing CaCO 3 filled UP resin was proposed.
