低膨胀PPR管材料的增韧增刚研究
TOUGHENING AND STIFFENING OF LOW THERMAL EXPANSION PPR
【摘要】 针对PPR (聚丙烯无规共聚物 )复合料存在的温度敏感缺陷进行了改性研究 ,对低温冲击性能数据和弯曲模量进行了回归分析 ,最后提出了优化配方即有机蒙脱土、分散树脂等在PPR中的最佳比例 ,并加以验证 ,得出较优配方
【Abstract】 The experiment to modify PPR was proceeded in uniform design. On the basis of this design method, the cryogenic impact strength and flexural modulus was analyzed through regression .Through taking advantage of formula obtained from the analysis, the optimal proportion of organomontmorillonite(MMT), dispersion polymer agent(HY-1) in matrix-PPR was confirmed and PPR composite with the cryogenic impact strength improved greatly the flexural modulus promoted to some extent was obtained.
