合成N-苯基马来酰亚胺的研究

【摘要】 以马来酸酐和苯胺为原料合成N -苯基马来酰亚胺 (N -PMI)的过程中 ,采用对甲苯磺酸和硫酸铜为催化剂 ,对羟基苯甲醚为阻聚剂 ,并采用甲苯 /二甲基甲酰胺混合溶剂 ,有效提高了N -苯基马来酰亚胺的产率。加入金属铜盐催化剂后 ,N -苯基马来酰亚胺的纯度提高到 99.4%左右。同时研究了反应物摩尔比、催化剂用量以及混合溶剂配比等因素对合成N -苯基马来酰亚胺的影响

【Abstract】 In the course of synthesizing N-phenyl maleimide, maleic anhydride and aniline were used as raw materials, with p-toluene sulfonic acid and copper (II) sulfate as catalysts, p-hydroxyanisole as polymerization-retarder and toluene/dimethylformamide as solvents. The yield of N- phenyl maleimide could be improved efficiently. Moreover the purity of N- phenyl maleimide could reach about 99.4% with metallic copper salt as catalyst. And the affecting factors of the synthesis of N- phenyl maleimide were studied, such as mole number ratio of reactants, catalyst amount and volume ratio of solvents.
