PVC与MMA在水体系中的超声辐照力化学共聚
STUDY ON HETEROGENEOUS COPOLYMERIZATION OF THE SOLID POLYVINYLCHLORIDE WITH METHYL METHYLACRYLATE ON ULTRASONIC IRRADIATION
【摘要】 研究了固体聚氯乙烯 (PVC)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)在水体系中的超声辐照力化学非均相共聚反应。结果表明 ,超声辐照下水分子的裂解产生的声致自由基是体系发生反应的主要原因。体系只有通适量的气体使在超声辐照下产生稳态空化泡时才能发生聚合反应。通过IR和1 HNMR分析确认共聚物为接枝共聚物。所得共聚物PVC -MMA对PVC/PHMA(聚甲基丙烯酸己酯 )体系有增容作用 ,可提高体系冲击强度和拉伸强度。
【Abstract】 The heterogeneous copolymerization of the solid polyvinylchloride with methyl methylacrylate in water has been studied by ultrasonic irradiation systematically. The results suggest that the radicals produced by the pyrosis of H 2 O molecules are the only reason of initiating reaction in this heterogeneous system, and the reaction can be carried out if only ventilating moderate inert gas which can produce stable cavities on ultrasonic irradiation. The copolymer is identified by IR and 1 HNMR and it is a graft one. The compatibility of PVC/PHMA is improved quite a lot after blending it with a small amount of MMA-PVC copolymer.
