【Abstract】 This article discussed the development of consultation,the present situation and the issue appeared in the consultation,explained the importance of the consultation of science and technology and the advice of science and technology for the management of scientific research,the evaluation of scientific research accomplishment,the review of scientific items,the items establishment of scientific technology,the production of management and the case of patent violation,suggested the relevant countermeasure and study for the issue existed in the consultation of science and technology and the advice and technology.更多还原
