网络环境下期刊资源的开发与利用
【摘要】 本文通过对网络环境下期刊文献的特点、地位及在科研中作用的论述 ,阐明了网络环境下期刊资源的开发利用的方法、手段及面对 2 1世纪网络信息环境下我国期刊资源的开发利用对策
【Abstract】 By analyzing the features,positions and effects of periodicals in network environment,the present article expounds the means of exploiting periodical resources and suggests some countermeasures our country should take in the 21 st century.
