深化科教改革有效利用科教资源

【摘要】 我国在经济发展中需要大量的科技人才 ,但目前由于科教方面的资源不能有效利用 ,严重制约了人才的培养 ,科教改革是促进人才快速产出的关键。本文就如何深化科教改革有效利用科教资源是推动经济高速发展的动力 ,基于科教资源存在的问题 ,有针对性的提出相应对策更多还原
