论高校图书馆开展信息服务中著作权的合理使用

【摘要】 本文结合著作权合理使用的条件 ,针对高校图书馆在开展信息服务时 ,对于翻译他人作品、复制他人作品、编辑他人作品和在网络环境下馆藏作品外借等著作权合理使用问题进行了深刻分析 ,并介绍了新著作权法对于限制和缩小著作权合理使用范围的若干规定更多还原

【Abstract】 Combing the condition of reasonable use copyright,the problems of reasonable use of copyright,which are took placed in developing information service of college library,such as translating,copying and editing other person’s writings,as well as lending library’s writings under network environment,are analyzed deeply in this paper.The regulations about limiting and reducing reasonable use of copyright in the new copyright law are also introduced.更多还原
