【Abstract】 This article illustrates how to improve library management after universities merging into a whole from carrying out joint purchase and cataloging,enhancing network construction,building electronic reading room,unifying rules and regulations,implementing post system of personal responsibility and commendation mechanism and reinforcing staff training.更多还原
