信息时代高校图书馆员应具备的素质和能力
【摘要】 为适应时代的发展和满足读者的需要,图书馆要打破常规的运作方式,探索和掌握现代化的工作程 序和方法,谋求进一步发展,图书馆员的素质和人才是关键。为此,图书馆员只有具备较高的思想素质、知识素质和能力,才能适应时代和工作的要求,胜任本职工作。
【Abstract】 Only the librarians have the ideological quality, knowledge quality and capacity can they adapt to the needs of the times.
