【摘要】 目的了解婴儿父母对婴儿家庭生活护理的需求情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷,用便利抽样方法选取北京某社区医院100对0～1岁婴儿的父母进行调查。结果95%的婴儿父母认为婴儿家庭生活护理的提供非常需要,而不同职业、学历、经济状况等因素不影响他们的需求;但不同职业和家庭经济状况不同的父母在家庭生活护理知识的需求比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论护士作为护理的主要执行者和健康教育者、实施者,在对婴儿父母进行家庭生活护理指导时要注重为年轻父母提供实践的机会,根据父母的需求主动为婴儿父母提供具体、切实可行的个性化健康指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate parents’ demands for household infants nursing. Methods One hundred pairs of parents whose babies were less than one year old are selected randomly from one community hospital in Beijing. The questionnaire used in the investigation was designed by ourselves. Results Ninety-five percent of parents considered it necessary to be offered the methods of nursing infants, no matter what their profession, education level and economic status are. But different profession and economic status affect the degree of demands. The difference is significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion As the main nursing performers, health instructors and executors, nurses should realize that it is important to offer practice chances for the young parents when instructing them how to take care of their infants. According to the parents’ demands, nurses should offer more concrete and more feasible health instructions for them.更多还原
