【Abstract】 This paper discusses the use of a non co operative basestation transmitter as the opportonity illuminator for a bistatic ( multistatic ) radar system. The problem is investigated in these aspects: the character of mobile communication signal? the selection of mobile communication channel, the range and the detection of radar using basestation transmitter.
