【摘要】 目的　探讨心理社会因素与医学生失眠症的关系 .方法　采用病例对照研究方法 ,应用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、应付方式问卷和生活事件问卷 ,对 4 5例医学生失眠症患者和 4 5例正常对照者的个性特征、应付方式、生活事件和慢性精神紧张程度等心理社会因素进行比较研究 .结果　失眠症患者的EPQ内 -外倾评分低于对照组 ,而其EPQ神经质评分、消极心理应付评分、生活事件总频数、负性生活事件频数和慢性精神紧张程度都高于对照组(p <0 .0 5 ) .结论　医学生失眠症患者存在着某些个性、心理应付机制欠佳 ,并可能遭遇了较多的负性生活事件更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between the psycho-social factors with the insomnia in medical students. Methods With the case-control study methods, 45 medical students with insomnia and 45 healthy controls fulfilled three scales, Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ), coping style scale, and life event scale (LES). The personality, coping styles, and life events were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of EPQE, EPQN in insomnia group were significantly higher than those of control group (p<0.05).So did scores of negative coping style and negative life events (p<0.05). Conclusions The medical students with insomnia might suffer from unstable and inter-personality,negative coping styles,and more negative life events.更多还原
