广东汉族人β2-肾上腺素能受体基因Gln27Glu多态性
Genetic Polymorphism of β2-AR Gln27Glu in the Han of Guangdong
【摘要】 目的 探讨 β2 -AR 16位点基因多态性在广东汉族人群中的分布 .方法 应用聚合酶链反应技术对 12 2例正常人 β2 -肾上腺素能受体基因Gln2 7Glu进行扩增并进行图谱分析 .并结合文献进行了不同种族间的分析比较 .结果 广东汉族人群 β2 -AR基因 2 7位点多态性分布频率 :Gln/Gln基因型占 36 .88% ,Gln/Glu基因型占 5 2 .4 6 % ,Glu/Glu基因型占 10 .6 6 % .结论 广东汉族人群存在出 β2 -ARGln2 7Glu基因多态性 ,其分布频率与英美高加索人群有一定差异 .
【Abstract】 Objective To identify the distribution feature of β 2-ARGln27Glu gene in the Hans in Guangdong Province. Methods β 2-ARGln27Glu genes from normal individuals were amplified with PCR. Results It was shown that the gene frequency of β 2-AR Gln27Glu was as followed;genotypefrequency:Gln/Gln 36.88%,Gln/Glu 52.46%,Glu/Glu 10.66%. Conclusions β 2-AR Gln27Glu gene s distribution in the Hans in Guangdong Province is different from those in other areas.
