【Abstract】 Objective To identify the distribution feature of MDR1(C3435T) gene in hans in Guangdong Province. Methods MDR1(C3435T) gene from normal individuals were amplified with PCR and their restricted enzyme digested maps analysis were done with Mbo I. Results genotypefrequency: MDR1(C3435T) T/T 0.1442;T/C 0.4054;C/C0.4504; MDR1(C3435T) Genefrequenc:MDR1(C3435T)T 0.3469; MDR1(C3435T)C0.6531. Conclusions The MDR1(C3435T) genes distrbution in the Hans in Guangdong province is different from those in other areas.更多还原
