【摘要】 目的观察带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折的疗效,分析并发症发生原因,提出防治措施.方法利用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折112例,随访6个月~2年。平均18个月.结果 107例获得骨愈合(其中延迟愈合12例),愈合时间为3~12个月,平均5个月;5例不愈合.Klemn评分标准优64例。良41例,中5例,差2例.并发症21例:锁钉断裂7例,感染4例,远端锁钉打偏3例,断钉3例(合并骨不连)。骨折畸形愈合2例,骨质劈裂2例.结论 带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折疗效可靠,因操作技术原因发生并发症,应注意提高操作技术水平.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of treatment of femoral fractures with intramedullary interlocking nail fixation and analyze the complications and its prevention. Methods 112 cases of femoral fractures was treated with intramedullary interlocking nail fixation. All cases was performed open reduction and interlocking nail fixation and was followed up in average of 18 months (ranged from 6 months to 2 years) . Results 107 of 112 cases obtained the fracture healing in average of 5 months (ranged from 3 to 12 months) . Nonunion was in 5 cases. According to Klemn’s criteria,64 cases obtained excellent result and good in 41 cases, fair in 5 cases, poor in 2 cases. The complications included failure interlock in 7 cases, bone infection in 4 cases, angular malunion in 2, nail broken in 3, bone crack in 2, mistakenly interlocking in 2. Conclusions Intramedullary interlocking nail fixation may provide strong fixation, high healing rate and early motion in cases of femoral fracture. But the operators must be train for preventing complications .更多还原
