【摘要】 目的　探讨单核 /巨噬细胞在口腔扁平苔藓中的作用。方法　观察OLP患者和健康对照人群的单核 /巨噬细胞非特异性吞噬作用 ,并利用CD68单克隆抗体对病变局部进行常规SPTM 免疫染色。结果　OLP患者的非特异性吞噬功能与对照组相比明显减低 ;对照组正常上皮下有巨噬细胞存在 ,大多数位于基底交界处 ,OLP组单核 /巨噬细胞数量明显高于对照组。结论　单核 /巨噬细胞在OLP发病过程中起着不容忽视的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of mononuclear-macrophages in oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods Nineteen cases of LOP and 30 healthy volunteers were admitted,SP TM immmuno-staining with CD 68 monoclonal antibody was used in this study.Results Macrophages were found under the normal epidermal,most of them located in the basement.The number of mononuclear-macrophages in OLP was much higher than that in the control groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion Mononuclear-macrophages may play an important role in the development of OLP.更多还原
