【摘要】 目的　观察MBT矫治技术内收前牙时上颌切牙位置 ,支抗磨牙及上唇突度的变化。方法　通过 15例安氏Ⅱ1类拔除四个第一双尖牙的患者矫治前后X线头影测量的变化分析。结果　MBT矫治技术能有效控制上颌切牙唇舌向倾斜度和垂直位置 ,上切牙内收后切缘至RL距离减小 5 .37mm ,上中切牙角减小 8.6 8 ,上中切牙切缘至腭平面距离增大 0 .72mm ,上磨牙至RL线距离、腭平面的距离分别增大 1.2 7mm、0 .89mm ,上唇突点至RL线距离减小 2 .0 6mm ,上唇倾角减小 6 .79 。结论　MBT矫治技术为矫治安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合畸形行之有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of upper incisor positions,anchorage of molars and UL using MBT to retract anterior teeth.Methods The values of cephalometric analyses before and after the treatment were compared for 15 patients with class Ⅱ 1 whose four 1st premolars were extracted.Results MBT can effectively control tooth inclination and the vertical positions of upper incisors;after retraction of the upper incesor,U 1E-RL was decreased by 5.37mm ,U 1-SN decreased by 8.68 ,U 1E-PP was increased by 0.72mm ,U 6-RL was increased by 1.27mm ,U 6-RL was increased by 0.89mm ,UL-RL was decreased by 2.06mm ,UL-Sn was decreased by 6.79 .Conclusion MBT is an effective means to treat patients with class Ⅱ 1.更多还原
