【摘要】 目的　评价利用曲面断层片进行下颌角测量的准确性。方法　在 310例一一对应的曲面断层片和头颅侧位片上进行下颌角的测量 ,比较两组测量值。结果　曲面断层片上测得两侧下颌角平均值的总均值为12 1.90度 ,头颅侧位片上为 12 2 .15度 ,差异无显著性。结论　在保证摄片可靠性的基础上 ,曲面断层片可用于下颌角的测量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of measurement of mandibular angles measured by the panoramic radiographs.Methods The mandibular angles were measured by 310 pairs of panoramic radiographs and lateral cephalometric radiographs. The values obtained from two kinds of radiographs were compared.Results The means of mandibular angles obtained from the panoramic radiographs was 121.90 degree,and 122.15 degree was obtained from the lateral cephalometric radiographs.No significant difference was observed between them.Conclusion It is possible for the accurate measurement of mandibular angle on panoramic radiographs if the structures are to be re-measured on subsequent radiographs.更多还原
