【摘要】 目的　探讨健康指导与患者行为方式对可摘局部义齿清洁的影响。方法　对 30例配戴可摘局部义齿的患者进行义齿染色 ,以强化健康教育的方式指导患者健康行为 ,并用染色方法检查指导前后义齿清洁度的变化。结果　义齿健康指导后义齿人工牙间隙、牙龈缘、义齿组织面软组织区及卡环周围义齿清洁度变化有统计学意义。结论　医护的健康指导和患者自身的行为方式在义齿清洁中起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Healthy guidance given by doctors and nurses and patients’ behaviors were investigated in order to know whether they had any effects on the cleaning removable partial denture (RPD).Methods Thirty patients with RPD participated in this random study,strengthen healthy guidance was used to advise patients’ behaviors,then the difference of the denture cleaning before and after healthy guidance was examined by dying the dentures.Results The infected degree of bacterial plaque in artificial teeth space, marginal gingival, the tissue area of base and around clasps had statistically changed after healthy guidance.Conclusion Healthy guidance and patients’ behaviors could be playing an important role in denture cleaning.更多还原
