【摘要】 目的 分析口腔鳞状细胞癌p27的表达与临床病理资料及预后的关系。方法 回顾性研究50例口腔鳞状细胞癌及10例正常口腔粘膜p27的表达情况,采用SABC法根据染色指标记数,并利用Cox比例风险模型进行生存多因素分析。结果 p27在所有正常口腔粘膜上皮均呈现高表达,而在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织有30例(60％)呈p27表达降低,p27低表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌的临床分期晚、易发生淋巴结转移以及预后差,生存期短显著相关,p27高表达则相反。多因素Cox回归分析表明p27的表达可作为口腔鳞癌辅助性的预后指标。结论 p27的表达与口腔鳞癌的发生发展有密切关系,并与肿瘤的预后密切相关,可作为辅助性的预后指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of p27kipl and clinical pathological characteristics or prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods The expression of p27kipl in 50 cases with OSCC and 10 normal oral mucosa specimens was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between expression of p27kipl and clinicalpathological characteristics or survival time was analysis by Spearman correlation test or log rank test, respectively, while univariate and multivariate prognostic analyses were performed by using Cox’ s regression model. Results In the normal oral epithelium, cells showd strongly positive, while 30 out of 50 races with OSCC showed p27kipl reduced expression. Low p27kipl expression in OSCC was siginificantly associated with late TNM stage, high incidence of lymph node metastasis, poor prognosis and short survival time. Cox’s regression indicated that p27kipl was a prognostic marker of OSCC. Conclusion Overexpression of p27kipl may involve in the carcinogenesis of OSCC and resulted in a poor prognosis. So it was concluded that assessment of p27kipl expression was useful as a prognostic factor for OSCC and selecting aggressive therapy.更多还原
