【摘要】 目的　利用第二次全国口腔健康流行病学调查的部分资料 ,对影响牙龈出血和牙结石的部分社会和行为因素进行分析 ,探讨影响牙龈出血和牙结石的相关因素 ,为牙周病的预防提供科学依据和防治对策。方法　对 175 98个样本的基本特征、口腔卫生习惯、就医行为、知识态度、社会经济状况和生活习惯 6类指标与牙龈出血、牙石的关系进行了单因素和多因素分析。结果　我国人群的牙龈出血和牙石的患病率很高 ,而且患病情况较严重。结论　 6类指标都对牙周健康有不同程度的影响 ,其中不良口腔卫生状况是最重要的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveThe purpose of the study is to make a further analysis for the social and behavioral factors related to periodontal disease based on parts of the data of the Second National Epidemiological Survey On Oral Health available and try to identify some relevant factors related to periodontal disease,in order to provide scientific evidence for dicision-making for prevention of periodontal disease.MethodsOne-way and multivariate analysis were used to identify the relationship between gingival bleeding,dental calculus and general characters,oral hygiene habits,dental visit,knowledge and attitude,social and economical condition and life style among 17598 subjects.By the anylasis,the results were obtanined.ResultsThe distribution of periodontal disease in Chinese people was:The detected rate of gingival bleeding and dental calculus was very high.ConclusionAll of the above 6 indicators do have influence on periodontal health in different degree,while the most important factor is poor oral hygiene status.更多还原
