【摘要】 目的:探讨二仙通关胶囊对前列腺肥大症(benignhypertrophicprostati-tis,BHP)的影响及其作用机制。方法:辨证为肾阴阳两虚、湿瘀浊结型前列肥大症患者80例,随机数字表法单盲分为两组,分别用中药制剂二仙通关胶囊(治疗组45例)和癃闭舒胶囊(对照组35例)治疗,并观察BHP患者的临床疗效及中医证候疗效,测定血液流学指标、卵激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)和血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)的变化。结果:临床治疗2个月后,治疗组和对照组的临床疗效总有效率分为88.89%和68.57%,两组比较,有显著性差异(u=2.17,P<0.05);两组证候疗效治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.56%与77.14%,组间比较有显著性差异(u=2.059,P<0.05)。两组治疗后对血液黏度值均有所改善,治疗组对低切变率下的全血黏度值、血浆黏度值及红细胞聚集指数的改善程度较对照组更显著(P<0.01,P<0.05,t=5.13,2.64,3.38)。治疗组能降低BHP患者血清性激素FSH、LH水平,改善患者血浆ET-1,较用药前均有显著性差异(P<0.01,t=7.87,5.69,8.57),其降低FSH、ET-1程度优于对照组(P<0.05,t=2.23,2.06)。结论:中药制剂二仙通关胶囊对前列腺肥大症有较好的疗效,临床运用安全,无明显毒副作用,改善血液流变性的异常,调节性激素紊乱可能是其主要的作用机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the effect and mechanism of Erxiantongguan capsule on benign hypertrophic prostatitis(BHP). METHODS:Eighty patients with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndromes of deficiency of kidney yin and yang,and combination of dampness and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups with mono blind methods:Chinese herbs Erxiantongguan capsule group(treating group,n=45) and Chinese herbs Longbishu capsule group(control group,n=35).The outcome measurements included clinical effect,effect of TCM syndromes,hemorheology marker,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and plasm endothelins 1(ET 1) were detected in two months after the initiation of the treatment. RESULTS:The difference of total clinical effect rates was significant(u=2.17,P< 0.05)in treating group(88.89%) and in control group(68.57%) two months later.Syndrome effect rates in two groups were 95.56%and 77.14%.There was significant difference(u=2.059,P< 0.05) between them.The blood viscosity was improved in both groups,but the whole blood viscosity,blood plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in treating group were improved more significantly(P< 0.01,P< 0.05,t=5.13,2.64,3.38)than in control group in the state of low sheared rate.The level of sex hormone(FSH) and LH in blood serum decreased significantly(P< 0.01)in treating group while the level of ET 1 in blood plasma was improved significantly(P< 0.01,t=7.87,5.69,8.57)after the treatment,and the decrease of these index was better(P< 0.05,t=2.23,2.06)in treating group than in control group. CONCLUSION:The Chinese herbs Erxiantongguan capsule is effective,safety and has no side effect in treating benign hypertrophic prostatitis.The main mechanism of this capsule may be improving the disorder of hemorheology and adjusting the disturbance of gonadal hormone.更多还原
