【摘要】 目的:探讨社会支持与抑郁症的关系,为抑郁症的预防和康复干预的介入提供依据。方法:用社会支持量表评定抑郁症组78例患者和正常对照组86例的社会支持度,采用汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamiltonratingscalefordepression,HAMD)评定抑郁症患者的病情严重程度和疗效。结果:抑郁症组患者的客观支持犤(11.9±3.5)分犦与正常对照组犤(11.9±3.3)分犦差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),主观支持犤(15.0±3.9)分犦和对支持的利用度犤(6.4±2.0)分犦显著低于正常对照组犤(22.6±4.0)分和(8.5±1.9)分,P<0.01犦,社会支持与抑郁症的严重程度无关(r=0.144,-0.107,-0.119,P>0.05),主观支持和对支持的利用度与HAMD减分率呈正相关(r=0.495,0.419,P<0.01)。结论:抑郁症患者社会支持系统存在异常,加强抑郁症患者对社会支持的主观感受性和利用度有利于抑郁症状的好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the relationship between social support and depression,and provide evidence for the prevention of depression and intervention of rehabilitation. METHODS:The degree of social support of depression group(n=78)and normal control group(n=86)was assessed by social support scale,the degree of severity and effect of disease were assessed by Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD). RESULTS:There was no difference in the objective support between the depression group (11.9±3.5)and the control group(11.9±3.3)(P >0.05).The subjective support (15.0±3.9 )and utilization of social support (6.4±2.0) of the depression group were significantly lower than that of the control group[(22.6±4.0) and(8.5±1.9), respectively,P< 0.01].The social support was not related to the degree of severity(r=0.144,-0.107,-0.119,P >0.05), while the subjective support and utilization of support were positively related to the decreased rate of HAMD(r=0.495,0.419,P< 0.01).更多还原
