【摘要】 目的:增加评估手段,使手创伤康复评估,更准确、全面、客观、量化,治疗具有针对性。方法:手创伤患者322例(615指),均采用彩色多普勒超声评估与常规评估法评估。彩色多普勒检查,采用美国ATL公司的HDI-1000型彩色多普勒超声扫描仪,探头频率5～11MHz,探测时,局部涂以耦合剂或放于水中。常规评估,根据具体情况采用物理检查、肢体测量、关节角度测量、肌力检查、感觉评估、日常生活评估、X线检查、肌电图检查。结果:彩色多普勒超声评估与常规评估,均适用于手外科康复评估。彩色多普勒超声检查侧重于手部肌腱,皮肤瘢痕,皮下组织粘连的评估,血肿、脓肿、血肿机化的辨别与测量,异物检查等。常规评估,侧重于外观评估、关节角度、肌力测量、骨骼、感觉评估等。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查在手部肌腱、瘢痕、组织粘连的评估方面有其优势,弥补了常规评估的不足,两种方法并用,可取得客观、量化的指标,使康复评估更完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To make the evaluation of rehabilitation of hand injury to be more precise ,comprehensive,objective,quantitative and more definitive through a new evaluati on measure. METHODS:In 322 hand trauma cases(615 fingers),the rehabilitation evaluation wa s performed with traditional evaluation regimen and color ultrasonographic Doppl er instrument.HDI0-1000 tipe color ultrasonographic Doppler scanner from Americ an ATL company was used for examining,the probe frequency was 5-11 MHz.Local wa s smeared with coupling pharmaceutics or put in water when detected it.According specific situation,routine evaluation including physics examination,limb measur ement,angle of joint motion measurement,muscle strength examination,sensation ev aluation, daily life evaluation,X ray examination and electromyography examinati on were used to detected. RESULT:Both evaluations were indicated for evaluation of rehabilitation of han d surgery patients.The colored ultrasonograpgic Doppler examination was especial ly required for evaluation of tendon,cutaneous scar and subcutaneous tissue adhe sion.Differentiation and measurement of hematoma,pus and organized hematoma and locating foreign body.The routine evaluation stressed on outward appearance,angl e of joint motion,muscle strength,bone and sensation evaluation etc.更多还原
