【摘要】 目的:了解肛门良性疾病住院患者自测健康状况,评价临床疗效。方法:对50例肛门良性疾病住院患者和50例正常人群进行自测健康评定量表(self-ratedhealthmeasurementscale,SRHMS)评定。结果:肛门良性疾病住院患者的自测健康与正常人群存在显著性差异,P<0.01,t=0.76～10.73。经手术治疗及健康宣教,术后1周,肛门良性疾病住院患者除生理健康外在心理和社会健康方面变化显著,P<0.01,t=0.82～5.92;术后4周,其整体健康状况改善显著,P<0.01,t=0.58～12.57。结论:肛门良性疾病患者临床治疗及健康宣教的效果是好的。SRHMS为肛门良性疾病患者的健康测量与监测提供了一个有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe self-rated health on inpatients with anal benign disease and a ssess clinical effects. METHOD:Fifty patients with anal benign disease and 50 normal persons received self-rated health measurement scale (SRHMS) assessment. RESULT:The self-rated health on inpatients with anal benign disease was signi ficantly lower than that of normal persons. Having been treated by operation and health education for one week, inpatients had an obvious improvement on psychol ogical and social health except physical health, but four weeks later, they had significant improvements on physical, psychological and social health.更多还原
