骨修复材料低温软化酶处理后的力学性能
Mechanics property of bone repair materials after low temperature malactic enzyme processing
【摘要】 目的:制备综合性能优异的异种骨修复材料。方法:采用1∶1甲醇/氯仿对猪股骨密质骨进行脱脂,然后用酶处理脱脂猪骨。结果:经酶解液中羟脯氨酸检测、酶处理骨中色氨酸检测和酶处理后猪骨力学性能的测定,表明脱脂和酶处理对猪骨胶原破坏轻微,对保持异种(猪)骨基质的天然状态无有害影响。结论:异种(猪)骨有望成为优良的骨缺损的修复特别是大段骨缺损的修复材料。
【Abstract】 AIM:To produce heterogeneous bone repair materials of excellent comprehensive performance. METHODS:Pig femoral compact bone were defatted by methanol/chloroform(1:1). Then, the defatted bone were treated by enzyme. RESULTS:There were little harmful effect on collagen of compact bone in the course of hydroxyproline, tryptophan and mechanics property detecting with defatting and enzyme processing. Bone matrix could keep natural state.
