脊神经沟与颈神经前支嵌压关系的神经形态学观察(英文)

【摘要】 目的:观察脊神经沟及其沟内段脊神经形态学变化,探讨脊神经沟与沟内段脊神经受嵌压的关系。方法:取60具成尸(男28,女32)120侧颈椎,对脊神经沟外口宽度、深度及其沟内段脊神经前支横径进行观察,并统计脊神经前支横径与脊神经沟外口宽度之比。结果:①脊神经沟外口宽度、深度自C3至C6均逐渐增大,其平均值分别为(4.5±1.2)mm和(4.3±1.2)mm;②3到7颈神经前支横径逐渐增大,平均值为(2.9±1.0)mm;③颈神经前支横径与脊神经沟外口宽度之比,C5最小(1:1.54),C4次之(1:1.67),C3最大(1:1.75)。结论:脊神经沟与沟内段脊神经受累关系密切,下颈段(C5,C6)颈神经受累几率可能大于上颈段(C3,C4)。

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the morphological changes of sulcus for spinal nerve and spinal nerve in the sulcus and to explore the relationship between sulcus for spinal n erve and impaction of spinal nerve. METHODS:Sixty adult corpuses(28 males and 32 females) with 120 cervical verteb rae were used.The width,depth of the sulcus and transverse diameter of anterior branch of spinal nerve in sulcus were observed and the ratio of transverse diame ter of anterior branch of spinal nerve to the width of external os of sulcus was calculated. RESULTS:①The width and depth of external os of the sulcus increased gradually from C3 to C6 and the average value was (4.5±1.2) mm and (4.3±1.2) mm;②Tran sverse diameter of anterior branch of C3-7 cervical nerves increased gradually and the average value was (2.9±1.0) mm;③The ration of transverse diameter of anterior branch of cervical nerve to the width of external os of sulcus was smal lest at C5(11.54),then C4(11.67) and biggest at C3(11.75).
