【摘要】 目的观察全程伴陪分娩方法对产妇分娩过程及产后生活质量的影响,探讨心理治疗的有效性。方法2001-10/2002-10在商丘市第一人民医院分娩的141位孕产妇中,63位选择了全程伴陪分娩(治疗组)方法,78位选择传统助产分娩方法(对照组),分别观察两组对象产程质量、产后精神心理状态(SCL-90)和生活质量(SF-36)评分结果。结果两组分娩质量比较中,治疗组的总产程时间、分娩总出血量、分娩时疼痛程度和难产率均明显低于对照组(t=2.631～3.234,P<0.01～0.02)。在SCL-90评估中前者的抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和精神病性因子评分明显少于对照组(t=2.348～2.489,P均<0.05),治疗组产后生活质量评估中的心理健康情况、角色心理状态、活力/精力、身体疼痛和综合健康情况明显优于对照组(t=2.2～3.5,P均<0.01～0.05)。结论全程伴陪分娩方法可明显改善产妇分娩质量和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the effect of respons ib le parturition accom-panied throughout the whole process(RPAT)on the quality of delivery and life in pregnant women and to discuss the effectiveness of psych ological in-tervention.Methods One hundred and forty-one pregnant women wit h an average age of(27±8)years were voluntarily divided into two groups:t reatment group(TG)of 63cases and control group(CG)of 78cases.The qualit y of delivery in two groups were measured by duration of delivery,amount of blo od loss and pain severity,psychosocial characteristics an d the quality of life were assessed by SCL-90scale and SF-36.Results The du-ration of deliver y,amount of blood l oss,degrees of pain and dystocia rate in TG were significa ntly lower than those of CG(t=2.631-3.234,all P<0.01-0.0 2).SCL-90scalse revealed that the average scores of depression,anxiety,p anic and psychosis factor in TG were also significantly lower t han those of CG (t=2.348-2.489,all P<0.05).Furthermore,SF-36scalse indi cated that the average scores of mental health,role psychologic sta tus,vital ity,body pain and general health condition were obviously superio r to those of CG(t=2.2-3.5,P<0.01-0.05).Conclusion Quality of delivery and life in pregnant women a re significantly improved by RPAT.更多还原
