【摘要】 目的旨在探索治疗伴有抑郁和/或焦虑状态偏头痛的有效方法,以及研究加用抗抑郁/焦虑药物是否比头痛发作时单用镇痛药物疗效更佳。方法将伴有抑郁和/或焦虑状态的偏头痛患者154例随机分为2组,即治疗组用氟哌噻吨及美利曲辛合剂(黛力新)+散立痛(对乙酰氨基酚+异丙安替比林+咖啡因),最终完成68例,对照组用散立痛,最终完成59例,进行随机单盲对照研究,同时用汉密顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表评分(HAMA)对其抑郁和/或焦虑情况进行治疗前及治疗后(第2,4,6周)的评估。结果每周头痛发作次数,治疗组在第4周(t=2.85,P<0.05)和第6周(t=3.67,P<0.01)均明显减少,对照组则无明显变化;每次头痛发作持续时间,治疗组在第2,4,6周(t=6.56,12.16,15.37,P<0.01)均明显缩短,而对照组同样在第2,4,6周(分别t=5.77,5.53,7.52,P<0.01)明显缩短了头痛持续时间;治疗组在第2周(t=2.51,P<0.05)和第4,6周(t=6.08,12.74,P<0.01)患者的HAMD评分明显减少,在第2,4,6周(t=2.81,9.67,12.06,P<0.01)患者的HAMA评分明显减少,而对照组此两项指标无明显变化。结论对于伴有抑郁和/或焦虑状态的偏头痛患者,除应用对症治疗外,合并应用美利曲辛合剂不但可以减少头痛发作次数,还可以明显缩短每次头痛发作的持续时间,并明显减轻患者伴有的抑郁和更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To search for an effective therapy for migraine complicated with depression and/or anxiety and explore whether analgesics combined with antidepression/antianxiety drugs is more effective than simple application of analgesics in attack of migraine.Methods 154 migraineurs complicated with depression and/or anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with Deanxit+ Saridon tablet) and control group (treated with only Saridon tablet at migraine episode).68 patients in treatment group completed this trial in the end while in control group,59 patietns completed.Every migraineur was evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) before and 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment beginning.Results Attack times of headache of every week in treatment group were obviously decreased at 4 week ( t=2.85, P< 0.05) and 6 week( t=3.67, P< 0.01) while there was no obvious change in control group;Lasting duration at each episode in treatment group was obviously shorten at 2,4,6 week( t=6.56,12.16,15.37, P< 0.01) while it was also shorten in control group at 2,4,6 week( t=5.77,5.53, 7.52, P< 0.01) .HAMD scores in treatment group were obviously decreased at 2 week( t=2.51, P< 0.05) and 4,6 week(t=6.08,12.74, P< 0.01) and HAMA scores were also decreased at 2,4,6 week(t=2.81,9.67,12.06, P< 0.01) while in these two markers in control group didn’t change.Conclusion To Migraineurs complicated with depression and/or anxiety,Deanxit can not only reduce attack times,but also shorten the lasting duration at each episode and relieve patients’ depression and/or anxiety state at the same time.更多还原
