高压氧治疗前后脑梗死患者血清一氧化氮及氧自由基的变化与疗效评价

【摘要】 目的评价高压氧治疗脑梗死的效果,并探讨脑梗死患者高压氧治疗前后血清一氧化氮(NO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化及这些指标的应用价值。方法将60例脑梗死患者,随机(抛币法)分为高压氧综合治疗组和药物对照组,两组均以疗效标准判断疗效,并测定两组患者治疗前后血清NO,SOD,MDA含量,进行比较判定。结果高压氧组有效率为87%,对照组有效率为63%,高压氧组有效率明显高于对照组。治疗后两组患者血清NO含量较治疗前增加,高压氧组NO含量明显高于对照组。本实验中SOD,MDA无明显变化。结论(1)高压氧综合治疗脑梗死效果明显优于单纯药物治疗。(2)血清NO含量可作为脑梗死患者病情变化及高压氧综合疗效判定的参考指标。

【Abstract】 Aim To evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on patient with cerebral infarction and study the changes of nitrogen monoxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondic aldehyde (MDA) in patients with cerebral infarction by hyperbaric oxygen treatment and its value of application.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:hyperbaric oxygen treatment groups and matched control groups.The results were evaluated with the assessment standard of the Fourth National Scholarship Conference of the Cerebral Vessel Disease and the content of NO,SOD,MDA in 60 patients were measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of hyperbaric oxygen treatment groups was 87%,that of matched control groups was 63%,and hyperbaric oxygen treatment groups had a good recovery.After treatment,the content of NO was increased in both groups,but that of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).While the contents of SOD,MDA did not change after treatment.Conclusion (1)Drug treatment is very important to patients with cerebral infarction,hyperbaric oxygen treatment has synthesize effect with drug treatment and is a treatment that is worth further expansion.(2)NO can be used as an infer for estimating the degree of cerebral infarction and therapeutic efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen.
