射箭、射击运动员应激时酶活性、血尿素氮变化特点及实用价值
The characteristics of the changes of enzymes activities and blood urea nitrogen in the archery and shooting athletes when exercising ,and their practical value
【摘要】 目的通过对射箭、射击运动员血肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素氮(BUN)变化的分析,研究负荷强度、负荷前后对酶活性、血尿素氮,及酶活性的变化与机能及疲劳症状出现的关系。方法采用德国eppendorfECOM-F6124型半自动生化仪测定14名射箭运动员和23名射击运动员不同负荷状态、恢复期后CK、BUN变化。结果(1)射箭运动员:负荷后CK(370±128)U/L与安静时(108±23)U/L及休息后(106±20)U/L比差异有非常显著性意义(t=7.574,P<0.01);负荷后BUN(6.4±1.6)mmol/L与安静时(5.3±1.0)mmol/L及休息后(5.2±0.7)mmol/L比差异有非常显著性意义(t=2.453,P<0.05)。射击运动员:负荷后CK(148±70)U/L与安静时(48±21)U/L比差异有非常显著性意义(t=7.658,P<0.01);负荷后BUN(6.1±1.2)mmol/L与安静时(5.4±1.0)mmol/L比差异无显著性意义(t=1.401,P>0.05)。随着运动负荷增加,CKBUN均升高。结论射箭、射击运动员大强度负荷后血清(浆)CK活性明显高于负荷前安静值。负荷强度是影响射箭、射击运动员CK活性和BUN水平变化的重要因素。
【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the effect of intensity of exercise on enzyme activities and blood urea nitrogen and the relationship between changes and function of enzyme activities and fatigue through the analysis of the changes of creatine kinase(CK) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of Archery and Shooting athletes.Methods The German made eppend of ECOM F6124 semiautomatic biochemical anlyzer was used for measuring the different state of exercise and changes of CK and BUN of 14 archery athletes and shooting athletes after recovery period.Results In the group of archery athletes:The CK after exercise was (370± 128) U/L,(108± 23) U/L when quiet and (106± 20) U/L after rest.There was obvious significance between two results(t=7.574,P< 0.01). And the BUN after exercise was (6.4± 1.6) mmol/L,(5.3± 1.0) mmol/L when quiet and (5.2± 0.7) mmol/L after rest.There was obvious significance between the two results(t=2.453,P< 0.05).In the group of shooting athletes,the CK after exerise was (148+ 70) U/L and (48± 21) U/L.There was obvious significance between the two results(t=7.658,P< 0.01).The BUN after exercise was (6.1± 1.2) mmol/L and(5.4± 1.0) mmol/L when quiet.There was no obvious significance between the two results(t=1.401,P >0.05). The standard of CK and BUN both increased with the increasing of intensity of exercise. Conclusion The activity of plasm CK of archery and shooting athletes after exercise is significantly higher than that when quiet.And intensity of exercise is one of the important factors affecting activities of CK and changes of BUN of archery and shooting athletes.<P>
